For the big meeting rooms:
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible.
- If you need to cancel your event go here to cancel your event.
- The 24-hour notice is waived for weather-related cancellations.
- A for-profit room cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the cancellation was initiated by the library.
For the Team Rooms:
- Advance notice is not required to cancel a team room.
- Follow the same link as above to cancel your room.
- If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time of your reservation, your reservation could be cancelled.
