Each library cardholder can have a total of 5 downloads per month on hoopla. Hoopla operates on a monthly calendar. The checkout limit resets on the 1st day of each calendar month. Content borrowed at the end of one month carries over until its return date in the next month. The number of downloads resets to 5 at the beginning of each month even if you have downloads still checked out from the previous month.
