The Kansas Library eCard provides access to digital materials available to all Kansas residents. It is not so much a "card" as it is a login for online materials.
If you have a library card with us already, you can request a State of Kansas Library eCard by stopping by the customer service desk or a bookmobile, calling us at #785-580-4400, texting us at #785-322-4099, emailing us at ask@tscpl.org or chatting with us during normal library hours at www.tscpl.org. If not, you can request a Kansas Library eCard at the library's customer service desk or any other public, academic, or school library in Kansas. Don't forget to bring a valid ID to verify your address!
