Can’t remember your username? A user name contains only letters, numbers and underscores. If that doesn’t help you remember it, log in using your library card number. You can always log in with your library card number - its the 14-digit number on your card.
Can’t remember your PIN? Try resetting your four digit PIN by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link just below the login boxes.You’ll get an email with a link in it that will enable you to create a new PIN.
