Getting a library card is easy!
- Complete the online registration form:
http://catalog.tscpl.org/polaris/patronaccount/selfregister.aspx
- If you are an eligible borrower, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with your TSCPL Ecard barcode and temporary PIN. We’ll also mail your card to verify your address.
Want full access? TSCPL Ecard members can upgrade to an All Access Library Card at any time by following the guidelines. Visit the library or a Bookmobile and bring identification, such as a driver’s license, rental agreement, student ID, or vehicle registration.
