Getting a library card is simple:
- Fill out the registration form here: http://catalog.tscpl.org/polaris/patronaccount/selfregister.aspx
- After completing the form, eligible borrowers will receive an email containing their TSCPL Ecard barcode and temporary PIN within 24 hours. Staff will mail out a TSCPL Ecard to eligible borrowers for address verification.
- Applicants must visit the Library or a Bookmobile and show identification to obtain an All Access Library Card. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, a rental agreement, a student ID, vehicle registration, or other similar forms.
