Library staff are unable to see PIN numbers for accounts.
You can log on to your account and do a Forgot My Password. When you do this, instructions will be sent to the email you have on file
To update your PIN during library hours you can stop by the library or a bookmobile, call the library at #785-580-4400, text us at #785-322-4099, email us at ask@tscpl.org, or start a chat on our website at www.tscpl.org.
We will need to verify some information from your account such as your date of birth and the address on your account.
