Generally, our ILL staff will ask other libraries multiple times for an item until we are successfully able to borrow it or a thorough search has eliminated all possible avenues.
When requesting the item, be sure to included the date after which you no longer need the item. Customers are responsible for any borrowing fees once an item arrives in Topeka.
