I’m on hold for an item, when will I be able to pick that up?

We are offering holds pickup through our Curbside Pickup Service. Please wait for a notification that your items are ready, and then you can stop by the library's Curbside Pickup station and follow the directions on the sign to pick up your materials.

If you would normally pick up items at the HyVee SmartLocker, that service has started again. If you would normally pick up items from a Bookmobile stop, changes have been made to that service and more information can be found here: https://tscpl.org/bookmobile

  1. How will I know when a book is available from my hold list? E-mail? How do I let you know that I'd like to use the HyVee Smartlockers to pick up my books?

  2. When your hold is available you'll get a notification through email and through text message if you have them on your account. To choose HyVee Smartlockers as your preferred pickup location sign into your account and go to "My Settings." At the end of the "Holds and Pickup Location" section tap "Change" and use the drop-down to select your preferred pickup locations. You can choose more than one, so when you place your holds you can decide at that time where you'd like to pickup the holds.
