How do I cancel a room reservation?

For the big meeting rooms:

  1. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible.
  2. If you need to cancel your event go here to cancel your event.
  3. The 24-hour notice is waived for weather-related cancellations.
  4. A for-profit room cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the cancellation was initiated by the library.

For the Team Rooms:

  1. Advance notice is not required to cancel a team room.
  2. Follow the same link as above to cancel your room.
  3. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time of your reservation, your reservation could be cancelled.
