Q. Why did the monthly download limit for hoopla change from 15 to 10?


The library needs to manage the growth of this product and the costs associated with offering hoopla to all library cardholders. The library pays for each checkout made by a customer. In order to continue to provide hoopla to our cardholders while also maintaining a sustainable budget to pay for hoopla, the library is adjusting the number of monthly checkouts from 15 to 10. This change occurred on July 1, 2018.
